GitPrime finally blows open the black box of engineering and redefines how we manage teams of software developers in a way the rest of the world can understand. We do this by deeply analyzing the commit data in Git repositories (the code storage system for engineering), benchmarking this data against thousands of similar projects, and generating an extraordinary set of real-time graphs easily understood by engineering managers and product managers, as well as executives, so we can all stop flying blind. Cold Flash is a contoured, instant cold pack that women can insert discreetly into their bras to relieve hot flashes associated with perimenopause and menopause. Cold Flash employs an endothermic reaction to cool the pack without refrigeration and is tailored for comfortable use against a woman's breast tissue. Thirty million women in the United States alone are experiencing the most common symptom of perimenopause and menopause: hot flashes. Cold Flash can be used anytime, anywhere, becomes cold in seconds, stays cold for up to 30 minutes, and can provide relief for several hours. Ellen Golden.

The program is supported by local investors and mentors as well as economic development organizations including the Region 9 Economic Development District, the La Plata Economic Development Alliance, and Southwest Colorado Small Business Development Center (SBDC), as well as a number of local financial institutions.

Each company is eligible for an investment, up to $30,000, from a separate investment fund arm to build their company, along with free office space and valuable mentorship to help them with the curriculum as they develop their business.

In the past year SCAPE has graduated 6 companies that have raised $485,000 in capital to grow their businesses. The majority of those funds raised are spent in locally, with web design, marketing, technology or production needs, accounting and small business services.

SCAPE graduates have obtained funding through Region 9 and Angel Investors, and have been asked to present in front of the New Mexico Angels, The High Desert Discovery District, and Techmanity.

SCAPE was honored by the National Association of Development Organizations (NADO) and received an Innovation Award for 2014.

The Founders of SCAPE were also recently awarded the Region 9 Economic Developers of the Year Award.
