"GCC Energy learned about the Enterprise Zone tax credits when they started working with us at the La Plata Economic Development Alliance. I contacted Laura at Region 9 and as a result, GCC has been able to save substantial amounts of money on major capital equipment purchases. This is important, as it increases the ROI for their parent company and fosters more investment and job creation here. This is a great example of the type of benefit we can bring to a local firms, particularly larger local firms, and I am very happy to see the fruits of our relationships beginning to pay off."
